Wow Time Flies!

Can't believe week one of January is over! I have decided this year to spend time on Sunday nights reviewing the week gone & creating my short term goals for the week ahead!
I'm really happy with my progress this week, my main goal for 2012 is to spend more time with my friends & family. This week I had a few opportunities to catch up with friends, I will also be planning some great events to ensure I see those that I love again in the next few weeks!

So, now for some coaching tips, a great start for anyone who is new to coaching or on a journey to improve themselves! Spend some time over the next week identifying what you love & what gives you the most happiness. Create a list; include places; music; smells; memories; times of the day etc.
Add to the list throughout the week & I will share with you what to do with your list towards the end of the week.
My goals for this week are to get some followers onto my blog! Also to continue my focus of spending time with family & friends!
